Overview
Exterior Home Solutions is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Canvasser. You’ll help homeowners connect with trusted roofing solutions and be rewarded for the results you generate.

Compensation
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Commission: $100 for every estimate completed by your assigned sales representative. $200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day.

Monthly Bonus Potential: Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from your leads.

Weekly pay via direct deposit (one-week payroll delay).

Canvass neighborhoods to generate qualified roofing leads.

Engage with homeowners and schedule appointments.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up.

Represent I Am Roofing with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.

Full-time availability required.

No prior experience needed – training is provided.
