HMP The Verne is a Category C prison that houses people convicted of sexual offences (PCOSOs). The Business Hub supports the safe, decent and secure operation of the establishment by providing information, processes and controls that underpin effective decision‑making and help ensure the prison operates in line with policy and legal requirements.
As Hub Manager you will lead a team of around 10 dedicated administrative professionals, creating a supportive environment that encourages development and achievement. You and your team will oversee a wide range of business activities – including performance monitoring, financial processes and compliance activity – ensuring that work is delivered accurately, consistently and on time.
Working closely with teams across the establishment, you will play a key part in maintaining prison standards and supporting operational delivery. The quality and reliability of your work, and that of your team, will directly contribute to keeping the prison operating effectively while supporting strong performance and effective oversight across prison activity.
