Territory Account Specialist
We are looking for a Territory Account Specialist to act as key orchestrator of Amplity resources for customers including Health Care Providers, Reimbursement Personnel, Practice Administrators, Key Account, and Integrated Delivery Network partners. He/she will ensure customer inquiries are solved by appropriate subject matter experts, working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels the customer to act on behalf of their patients and engage the account to understand obstacles and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify shared priorities and create a strategic territory business plan to drive product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and patients.
Collaborate with territory colleagues, other field-based and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and provide access support.
Apply expertise in marketplace, competitors, industry to anticipate and manage business opportunities/challenges.
Analyze territory market data and trends to gain insights into local business environment, drive pull-through and lead virtual or live engagements with customers.
Lead planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and collaborate across functions to meet needs with urgency.
Leverage systems and omni-channel options to personalize and engage with customers in both face-to-face and virtual environments in a compliant manner.
Role Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree a plus).
Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Strong ability to collaborate, work cross‑functionally within a matrix environment.
Business acumen.
Ability to communicate clinical product information.
Proven track‑record of consistent high performance.
Understanding of navigating large accounts and key customer segments.
Self‑starter with analytic abilities to prioritize and solve problems for key customers while demonstrating ethical leadership.
Ability to foster compliance with company policies & laws.
Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border.
Travel 60‑80% of time over a broad geography, with driving or flying within the territory.
Successfully complete all client training.
Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Broad experience across therapeutic groups and disease states.
Account management strategy.
Biologics.
Respiratory experience.
Product launch experience.
General understanding of patient services, market access, specialty pharmacy, buy‑and‑bill, reimbursement pathways.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried position offering bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including dental, medical, vision, 401K, company‑funded long‑term and short‑term disability, life insurance, wellness programs, company paid holidays, generous PTO, and more.
Salary approximately $115,000 – $117,000. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data, applicant’s skills, prior experience, degrees, certifications, and other factors.
Credentialing Requirements
As a representative we may require submission and maintenance of credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. You must comply with the requirements outlined by facilities on our call plans.
Certain jurisdictions or hospital systems may require a representative license. At present, representatives working in District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or Jackson Memorial Health in Miami‑Dade County, Florida may need specific licenses. The list may change. You will be notified of significant changes.
