Marketing Manager

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a mid-size California-based law firm with multiple offices in the search for a Marketing and Business Development Manager for their office in Century City, California. This is a hybrid position that offers one remote day per week once trained. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 7+ years of law firm marketing experience out of a mid-size to large firm as well as a Bachelor's Degree. Candidates without law firm marketing experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist law firm leadership with developing and implementing business development plans

Respond to RFPs and pitches

Oversee promotions and brand management

Work with the team to implement different marketing initiatives

Supervise marketing and business development team

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

7+ years of law firm marketing / business development experience from a mid-size to large firm (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)

Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

5+ years of management experience supervising a team

Able to proactively collaborate with team, attorneys and other professionals on marketing ideas

Tech savvy and familiarity with different marketing platforms

Ability to travel locally to different events

The salary range for this position is from $150,000-$180,000, DOE.

MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN OFFICE IN CENTURY CITY 4 DAYS PER WEEK ONCE TRAINED.
