About True Massage & Bodywork
True Massage & Bodywork is a MedSpa (medical spa) in north Florida. Our mission is to provide exceptional pre and post-operative care and non-invasive wellness services to women recovering from cosmetic surgery. We specialize in lymphatic drainage and body cavitation to enhance the healing process and support our clients in their journey to feeling their best. We are dedicated to educating and empowering our clients to take care of their bodies post-surgery and prioritize customer service and professionalism in all that we do.
Description
We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our on‑site team. You will be the eyes behind the brand — responsible for capturing what happens inside this facility turning it into compelling content, and making sure our audience sees it consistently.
This is not a remote position. You will be present in the spa during client days, training days, and content production days. You will film, photograph, edit, schedule, post, and engage — and you will also design print and digital marketing materials that represent the professionalism of this brand and the owner's personal brand.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Capture
Be on‑site to film b-roll, day‑in‑the‑life footage, behind‑the‑scenes clips, and session content (with client consent forms)
Edit existing content and B roll
Set up and execute before‑and‑after photo sessions
Capture intake walkthroughs, treatment room prep, and product/retail content
Film and photograph certification trainings and continuing education events, including model scheduling and shoot coordination
Assist with short‑form video production: concept, shot list, filming, and delivery
Organize our Gdrive and Canva for ease of use
Edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long‑form video content weekly
Deliver a full week of edited, platform‑ready content by end of each week
Create graphics, overlays, subtitles, and on‑brand visual elements for all video content
Maintain a consistent visual style, color palette, and brand voice across all platforms
Edit in accordance to the owner's preferences and goals for the content
Social Media Management
Post/Schedule daily content + Stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Maintain a content calendar and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Respond to comments and DMs across all platforms in a timely, on‑brand manner
Monitor platform analytics and provide a brief weekly performance summary
Stay current with trending audio, formats, and platform algorithm changes
Graphic Design & Print Marketing
Occasionally design branded print materials including brochures, service menus, flyers, and referral cards
Create digital graphics for promotions, announcements, package offerings, and events
Design and update educational one‑pagers for surgeon and medical office outreach
Ensure all design outputs meet print specs (bleed, resolution, CMYK) and digital platform requirements
Maintain an organized asset library of logos, brand colors, fonts, and approved templates across our brands
Execute organic outreach to local plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and wellness brands via social media and email
Track outreach activity and follow‑up cadence in a shared tracker
Assist in creating co‑branded content or promotional materials for partnership campaigns
Identify and flag relevant collaboration or PR opportunities on social media
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
At 30 days: Content is going out every single day. You know the brand voice, can capture a session without disrupting flow, and have a working content calendar in place.
At 60 days: Engagement is up. DMs and comments are managed. You have produced at least two strong pieces of print collateral and have an outreach tracker running.
At 90 days: You are operating independently. The owner is not thinking about content — you are. You are proactively pitching ideas, flagging trends, and consistently delivering polished, on‑brand work that grows the audience and supports the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience creating short‑form video content for Instagram Reels and/or TikTok — portfolio required
Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe InDesign)
Strong photography skills — understanding of lighting, framing, and consistency for medical/aesthetic before‑and‑after content
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (not just personal)
Excellent written communication — comfortable responding to clients and partners online in a professional, warm tone
Highly organized and self‑directed — you don’t need to be told to post; you know it has to happen
Comfortable in a spa or medical aesthetic environment and respectful of client privacy at all times
BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT VALUED)
Experience with YouTube long‑form content creation or editing
Familiarity with Kajabi, email marketing, or online course platforms
Knowledge of the medical spa, post‑op, or aesthetics industry
Photography experience with before‑and‑after documentation standards
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads)
Understanding of the health, wellness, aesthetic industry
WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS
This is an on‑site position. You will be physically present in the spa during scheduled content days, client days, and training events.
Editing and scheduling can be completed on‑site or remotely depending on workflow, as agreed upon with the owner.
You will work closely with the owner and occasionally interface with clients, models, and visiting professionals. Professionalism, discretion, and warmth are non‑negotiable.
Content output is expected every single day. This role requires consistency above all else — one great post a week is not the standard here.
Client confidentiality is paramount. All consent protocols must be followed strictly before capturing any client imagery.
