University City Housing is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst & Administrative Coordinator to support marketing operations, reporting, and systems management. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy, revenue, and marketing performance through data analysis, platform management, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and report on marketing performance, including leads, cost‑per‑lead (CPL), and occupancy trends

Maintain data accuracy across platforms such as Entrata, Google Analytics, and ILS sites

Manage and optimize listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, and similar platforms

Support marketing systems, reporting tools, and workflow processes

Assist with vendor coordination, contract tracking, and invoice review

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Conduct regular audits of listings, websites, and marketing channels

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with marketing analytics, operations, or property management preferred

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Entrata (or similar systems), and ILS platforms

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
