People & Culture Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with supply chain and logistics leaders to support HR initiatives in a fast‑paced operational workplace, ensuring alignment with workforce demands.
Support labour relations practices and applying best practices in employee and workplace relations.
Craft and manage People & Culture documentation (offers, promotions, terminations, etc.) with accuracy and care.
Recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support employee relations, including coaching, documentation, and termination processes.
Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and smooth offboarding for departing team members.
Drive employee engagement through events, recognition programs, and culture‑building initiatives.
Assist with performance review cycles, quarterly check‑ins, and year‑end evaluations.
Participate in conflict resolution and workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion.
Research and help implement People & Culture policies, programs, and best practices.
Support compensation reviews and maintain up‑to‑date market data.
Prepare People & Culture reports and metrics to inform decision‑making.
Administer employee service awards and recognition programs.
What You Bring

3+ years of experience in People & Culture or a related role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort with HRIS platforms.
Proven recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting others.

Hold a degree related to People & Culture or a CPHR designation.
Have experience in employee‑centric organizations.
