Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Dental)

Connect Staffing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Supervisor for a dental products distributor in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with pay depending on experience, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager by training sales reps, managing lead distribution, and attending trade shows across the US. This is a stable daytime schedule with no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

Train sales reps on new and existing dental products to keep them informed and prepared for client conversations.
Divide and distribute leads among sales reps based on territory or priority.
Keep the sales team updated on current promotions and product pricing changes.
Assist reps with product quote questions and customer inquiries.
Communicate with the manufacturer in China regarding product information, updates, and coordination.
Assist the Sales Manager with additional tasks and day-to-day sales operations.
Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in the dental industry (sales, distribution, or a related role).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising or mentoring a sales team.
Familiarity with dental products, equipment, or supply distribution.
Experience coordinating with overseas manufacturers or vendors.
Background in trade show preparation, booth staffing, or event coordination.
Proficiency with CRM platforms or sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to travel domestically to attend trade shows throughout the US.
