Overview Help accelerate cloud computing adoption at the Enterprise level by engaging U.S. Intelligence and Defense organizations. As a member of the Worldwide Public Sector Proposal Writer team, you will create content for RFx responses, whitepapers, and related inquiries, coordinate with technical SMEs, and ensure your content is persuasive, clear, concise, innovative, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities Write and curate content for RFx responses.
Craft compelling proposal narratives that synthesize existing content and new inputs from SMEs, aligned with strategic objectives.
Own proposal content development for distinct RFx sections, from ideation to final review.
Gather, organize, and synthesize information from diverse AWS stakeholders (sales, engineering, solutions architecture, etc.).
Participate in proposal solutioning and strategy sessions; ask clarifying questions to guide content development.
Maintain and update the team library of approved content to maximize reuse.
Review final proposal documents for editing and content completeness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal development.
Create documents that meet compliance requirements, align with sales objectives, and encourage government customers to adopt AWS Cloud.
Requirements United States citizenship.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph at the time of selection.
Basic Qualifications Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
5+ years of professional or military experience.
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.
