Job Summary

As a Photography Sales Associate, you’ll create, sell, and share unforgettable moments through dynamic guest interaction and engaging photo services. Work in the heart of the Smoky Mountains with breathtaking views and a supportive team while developing valuable skills in hospitality, tourism, and retail.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to photo capture locations.
- Pose guests and help stage fun, scenic photos.
- Operate digital photography equipment and maintain camera systems.
- Use the Photo POS system for printing, sorting, packaging, and selling photos.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to upsell photo packages.
- Proactively engage with guests of all ages and personalities.
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on creating lasting memories.
- Handle guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and sales station.
- Safely manage and care for photography equipment.
- Assist with stocking, prepping, and closing procedures.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic personality and ability to initiate conversations.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Confidence interacting with large groups and individuals.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Photography experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, kneel, stoop, climb, crouch, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable navigating uneven or inclined terrain outdoors.
