Overview
The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Working alongside each of our core Shape, Share & Fuel disciplines, this team is composed of big‑picture thinkers, facilitators, and creative problem solvers. Integrated Producers serve as lieutenants—balancing project management, client liaison, and content production—while providing holistic thinking to drive processes forward.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead day‑to‑day processes to get creative initiatives from launch to completion. This includes working with the Brand lead on client business and coordinating with discipline leads to assess feasibility, curate resources, plan projects, and interface directly with clients.

Make things happen, not just driving work‑back schedules but taking decisive actions to move work forward.

Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production).

Lead creative feedback communication with clients and internal teams.

Clearly communicate project details for both internal and external stakeholders.

Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed.

Lead, source, and produce video concepts from Writers Room & Always On ideation.

Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

6+ years of experience in integrated production or a similar field.

Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi‑track projects for multiple clients.

Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans.

Experience managing creative assets, including both static and video components.

Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third‑party vendors, and familiarity with usage terms.

Experience assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects and clients.

Experience partnering with other project discipline leads to guide project teams to successful outcomes.

Experience building and structuring project teams that garner the best results.

Experience interfacing with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Experience documenting and reporting project progress in a correct and timely manner—including status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.

Experience working in a creative agency setting.
