Overview The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Working alongside our core Shape, Share & Fuel disciplines, this team is made up of big‑picture thinkers, facilitators, and creative problem solvers. Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team, acting as equal parts project manager, client liaison, and content producer. As highly effective communicators and relationship builders, they provide holistic thinking to drive the process forward. They are highly organized and work across all departments, proactively troubleshooting to ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest level of creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day processes to get a wide range of creative initiatives from start to completion.
Work directly with the Brand lead on client business and alongside each of the discipline leads.
Assess project feasibility, curate the right resources, plan projects, and interface directly with clients.
Drive schedules and make moves to move work forward while maintaining project quality.
Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production).
Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams.
Communicate project details clearly for both internal and external teams.
Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed.
Lead, source, and produce video concepts from Writers Room & Always On ideation.
Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 6+ years of experience in integrated production or a similar field.
Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi‑track projects and programs for multiple clients.
Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
Experience managing creative assets, including static and video assets.
Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development and working with third‑party vendors and familiarity with usage terms.
Experience assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects and clients.
Experience partnering with other project discipline leads to lead project teams to successful outcomes.
Experience building and structuring project teams that deliver the best results.
Experience interfacing with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Experience documenting and reporting project progress in a timely manner, including preparing status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
Experience working in a creative agency setting.
