We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven and inspiring Head of Channel Marketing to lead our channel growth agenda across on‑trade and off‑trade. This role shapes channel strategies, drives execution excellence, and delivers sustainable growth in volume, revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of future‑fit channel strategies aligned with business growth priorities
- Own end‑to‑end channel performance, delivering volume, revenue and profitability targets
- Translate brand strategies into channel‑specific activation plans to win in‑market
- Drive premiumisation and portfolio growth through differentiated channel execution
- Optimise route‑to‑market and strengthen distribution reach and quality
- Partner closely with Sales to improve outlet penetration and execution standards
- Deliver impactful trade marketing activations and enhance consumer experiences across touchpoints
- Oversee agency partners and execution to ensure high‑quality, insight‑driven campaigns
- Manage marketing investments with a strong focus on ROI and value creation
- Continuously track performance, analyse insights and optimise strategies for sustainable growth
- Foster a high‑performing, agile team environment and drive cross‑functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG with strong exposure to channel strategy, trade marketing or commercial leadership
- Proven track record in delivering business growth through channel strategies and execution
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of market dynamics and shopper behaviour
- Experience managing agencies and optimising marketing investments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into actionable outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, proactive and results‑oriented with a growth mindset
