Account ExecutiveWe're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing New York team and support the delivery of social-first campaigns across some of our most exciting client accounts. This is an entry-level role built for someone who's passionate about social, eager to learn the ropes of agency account management, and ready to get stuck in from day one.As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, supporting day-to-day account operations, building foundational client relationships, and developing the skills that will set you up for a long career in social. someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.What You'll DoSupport day-to-day account operations across multiple client accounts, keeping projects on track and well-organisedAct as a reliable point of contact for clients on routine queries, with oversight from senior team membersAssist in the coordination of social campaigns from briefing through to delivery, managing timelines, assets, and internal workflowsDraft client communications including status reports, meeting agendas, and contact reportsHelp manage and maintain project trackers, budgets, and internal documentationSupport briefing of creative, strategy, and production teams, and chase deliverables to keep work movingMonitor social platforms, trends, and competitor activity to support client and strategic conversationsParticipate in brainstorms and creative reviews, bringing fresh platform knowledge and cultural awarenessContribute to internal process improvements and ways of working as the team continues to growBeing socially native is at the heart of everything we do.
