Supporting billing operations and customer retention efforts, the part-time hourly Sales Coordinator will manage customer billing activities, assist with sales initiatives, and serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding account renewals and cancellations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer billing activities, including invoicing and payment processing
Conduct churn outreach for accounts impacted by payment issues and assist with account recovery efforts
Support the sales team with customer communication, follow-ups, and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
Experience with CRM systems or billing platforms preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and opportunities
