Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Bridging business objectives and technical implementation, the contract Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant (Marketing Cloud) will work remotely to design and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, focusing on customer engagement and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate customer engagement goals into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud architectures and campaign solutions
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable business insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role supporting both business and technical teams
Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management and Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
