Annual Salary $66,106.39 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master's degree and two years of professional experience
OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
Job Responsibilities:
Serves as Direct Supervisor for a team of Programs Field Representatives who serve as liaisons that provide consultation and expertise in the comprehensive, multi-functional program of Foster Care and Adoptions and any related policies and procedures.
Position plans for the future direction of the Foster Care and Adoption program and sets standards within federal and state regulations.
Assists in the development of specialized services within the various divisions and units of the agency; may assume the duties and responsibilities of the unit's Programs Administrator in their absence.
Actively engages in working with key stakeholders to develop feedback regarding data, outcomes, and collaborations to improve outcomes.
Reviews correspondence and reports from field staff; interprets decisions on questions of policy and administration to field staff.
