Digital Sales Manager - Deposits and Integrated Performance
Department Overview:

The Digital Sales Manager - Deposits and Integrated Performance manages forecasting, modeling, and planning for the deposits business as well as creates a rolled-up, executive-facing performance readouts across all products. This role manages 3 critical functions: projecting performance on key KPI's, understanding performance actualization and performance drivers, and articulating insights and opportunities uncovered by performance analysis. This role is critical to both the deposits business and helping digital channel understand and achieve growth objectives.

Depth & Scope:

Increases traffic and improves sales conversion of TDB products, informs strategy development and roadmaps, execution of strategy, for public site and sales processes online

Builds a pipeline of optimizations to increase traffic and improve sales conversion, track and manage the program, leading delivery teams and key partners toward the successful implementation

Acts as the lead for online sales initiatives on project working teams, ensuring business requirements and other project deliverables are documented completely and accurately to achieve business objectives of key strategic initiatives

Identifies specific opportunities to improve sales conversion leveraging key online tactics; on-site and off-site advertising, SEO, SEM, Internal Referrals, on-site search, page/path/content optimizations, re-designs, utilization of sales support capabilities (i.e. Natural Language Help, Video, etc), behavioral targeting and personalization, etc

Conceives initiatives, forecasts the value and leads the change through execution, sets the measurement strategy and manages toward success

Leads business case development for new opportunities and participates in planning and scoping of online projects and work directed or requested by the lines of business

Participates in projects and/or working teams as required to provide subject matter expertise and/or objectives toward driving sales.

Tracks, analyzes and reports on results across all activities driving traffic, engagement and sales conversion for the product portfolio, including marketing campaigns, line-of-business and other online channel driven initiatives. In doing so, understands the overall impact of these activities against weekly and monthly sales results

Develops, maintains and improves ongoing analytics dashboard measuring key public site and sales funnel performance indicators

Works with Customer Insights and partners to analyze performance, establish and refine benchmarks and targets, and uncover actionable insights

Conducts competitive and market research and analysis and track emerging consumer and online trends to inform product strategies and roadmaps

Actively engages with stakeholders, partners, program and project managers to ensure proactive product representation on developing and in-flight initiatives

Works with Planning and channel partners (Phone, ATM, Branches) to support an optimal cross-channel experience

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Social Sciences

5+ years' experience required

Proven experience driving leads, sales and other key web metrics through the digital channel, while deploying strategies to improve overall site traffic is desired.

Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skills

Proven understanding of financial institutions product offering(s) and current processes for digital sales

Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders

Strong teamwork orientation and proven leadership capabilities with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing re-evaluation of priorities

Detailed business knowledge of public site and sales site technology and tools

Superior impact and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to lead large scale enterprise wide initiatives

Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills with a strong ability to manage, influence and leverage a multitude of stakeholders

Skillful communication, negotiation, and partnering skills with an ability to remain resilient under pressure

Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Experience managing and developing business cases/requirements

Digital marketing experience to drive customer acquisition from sales and performance

Finance background preferred

Business casing experience preferred

10 years experience in a finance or other similar function preferred
