For our client, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $255,000 – $320,000 annually
Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of field marketing events, from strategy to execution across North America
Develop and manage a regional marketing calendar in collaboration with sales leadership
Identify key target markets and formats that drive significant pipeline and revenue
Ensure each program has measurable outcomes linked to pipeline targets
Coordinate with sales teams to optimize attendance and engagement at field events
Track and analyze program ROI and participant metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
Oversee budgets and logistics to ensure operational excellence in program execution
Qualifications 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a tech startup or hyper-growth environment
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through field programs, focusing on revenue impact rather than just attendance
Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns across different regions and teams
Experience working collaboratively with sales and BDR teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
Excellent communication skills for effective influence and cross-team collaboration
Familiarity with marketing and event tech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and others
