The Town-of-Gilbert is seeking an IT Specialist I responsible for front-line support and resolution of hardware and software-related issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various computer systems while ensuring best-in-class customer service to all users.
Additional responsibilities include managing audio-visual equipment and supporting all Town departments with their technical needs. This is a full-time position operating in a hybrid environment with a regular schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm.
