Discovery Cube in Santa Ana is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to keep exhibits and operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintain Office 365 accounts, and support AV systems across museum floors and back-office areas.
You will document solutions, assist with new staff onboarding, coordinate with teams, and ensure security and backup procedures are followed in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
