LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a video editor/graphic designer with 4 or more years of experience for our client. This position is hybrid 3 days in office 2 days work from home in New York, NY. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver a diverse range of marketing and campaign assets across both print and digital channels.

Develop marketing assets such as email graphics, social media content, posters, signage, invitations, and broader campaign collateral.

Create presentations and materials for internal communications, executive leadership, the Board of Trustees, and donor engagement initiatives.

Edit video content for use across social media, website, email, and marketing campaigns, including short-form promos, performance highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to assemble, edit, and enhance video content for campaigns and broader organizational use.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related fields.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Experience creating content for digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

Strong visual storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex concepts into compelling creative across both static and video formats.

Experience

4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
