Video Compression Architect
Location: Sunnyvale.
Responsibility
The Video Compression Architect will be responsible for developing and optimizing video compression algorithms to be implemented in hardware and software.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
10+ years video compression industry experience
In-depth knowledge of video compression algorithms and standards like IDCT, wavelet transform, H.264, and MPEG.
Experience in developing algorithms for digital video codec.
Experience using C/C++ for modeling algorithms.
Good understanding of software/hardware design.
Excellent communication skills.
