About The Role
The SEO / SEM Specialist owns organic and paid search channels end-to-end to drive high-intent traffic, acquisition, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of technical optimization, paid acquisition strategy, and content performance, ensuring search visibility across the entire customer journey. The position will manage paid search campaigns, execute technical and on-page SEO audits, and collaborate closely with content and engineering teams. This is a highly analytical role that translates search data into actionable insights to scale lead and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on bidding strategies, keyword match types, and quality score improvements.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying crawl errors, site speed bottlenecks, and schema markup opportunities to collaborate with engineering on implementation.
Perform continuous keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap identification to inform the editorial calendar and drive organic rankings.
Design and execute search-specific A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and call-to-actions to maximize conversion rates and lower CAC.
Monitor, analyze, and report on organic and paid search performance metrics utilizing GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Manage the search budget efficiently, allocating spend dynamically based on real-time ROAS and customer lifetime value metrics.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO and SEM strategy and execution, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth technology environment.
Proven track record of managing paid search budgets exceeding $20k/month with demonstrable ROI and CAC efficiency.
Deep technical SEO knowledge, including HTML/CSS fundamentals, structured data, canonicalization, and rendering challenges.
Expert‑level proficiency with industry tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to query, clean, and analyze complex datasets to pull actionable growth insights.
Bonus: Professional certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or experience writing SQL queries and using Looker Studio.
