Commercial Lines Account Manager – Oklahoma City, OK
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Thrive Insurance, your mission is to build and maintain lasting client relationships, analyze and manage risks, and ensure compliance, all while driving client retention and growth.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Commercial Property for LRO, Rental Property Schedules, and Multi‑Family coverage within Standard and E&S carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide active account management for all existing clients, including account rounding, renewals, and policy changes.
Ensure client retention by remarketing Thrive at renewal periods and recommending coverage changes as needed.
Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims and in filing insurance claims.
Stay abreast of industry information, trends, new products, and technology to enhance service quality.
Maintain and update desk‑level processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Proactively expand Thrive’s reach to qualified prospects and existing clients using proven and creative techniques.
Communicate client transactions with all parties in a timely manner to minimize errors and omissions.
Meet with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing coverage and related financial resources.
Explain insurance policies and products, and guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
Suggest modifications and updates to clients’ existing policies and build customized policies and packages.
Process policy renewals, maintain print and electronic records, and file as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Results You Will Generate
Increase client retention by 10% within the next fiscal year.
Reduce claims and losses for clients by 15% in the upcoming year.
Ensure 100% compliance with industry regulations and company standards for all client policies.
