As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a member of the Customer Service team, ensuring performance standards are met to achieve business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index.

You will report directly to our

Sr Customer Experience Supervisor

and work out of our

Salem, OR

location on a

Hybrid

work schedule.

In this role, you will impact overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities within the Customer Experience department.

Account, perform lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in the Honeywell systems.

Manage opportunities and issue invoices promptly and correctly.

Create credit requests and documents as needed.

Update customer accounts by submitting requests in SAP for customer creation, extension, or amendment.

Ensure correct input in ERP systems.

Track orders placed at suppliers and ensure their timely delivery to the warehouse or final customer for direct deliveries.

Provide quality service to customers and collaborate with the purchasing team.

Resolve issues related to wrong delivery, delays, and rejected product returns.

YOU MUST HAVE

0-2 years of relevant customer service experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in a customer‑facing role.

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to manage customer accounts and order lifecycle maintenance.

Ability to track orders and resolve delivery or product return issues effectively.
