Seed-stage AI startup in Boston that is reinventing how businesses connect and engage with their customers.


The platform replaces slow, friction-heavy lead workflows with instant buyer conversations handling identity management, lead qualification, routing, and CRM enrichment automatically.


Marketing ops, demand gen, and SDR leaders use it to convert high-intent traffic into pipeline in minutes rather than days. Customers are reporting 75% reductions in lead-to-SQL time and up to 10x more pipeline than traditional form fills.


The product is loved, the sales motion is validated, and ARR is doubling every quarter.


The Opportunity

This is a founding AE hire. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated sales hire working directly alongside the founding team. The sales motion has already been proven by the founders. The role is to own it, replicate it, and scale it into a repeatable mid-market engine.


What You Will Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle end to end across mid-market accounts

Run outbound via LinkedIn and attend in-person events to build pipeline independently

Engage prospects using the product itself as part of the outreach motion

Build relationships with key stakeholders and hand off to Customer Success while maintaining accountability through trials

Work directly with the founding team to refine and scale what is working
