The Opportunity:
- Lead two critical product areas for Moloco Ads.
- Supply Exchange & Inventory Integrations: Drive OpenRTB integrations with third‑party supply partners and exchanges to expand access to high‑quality, scalable inventory.
- Invalid Traffic & Fraud Mitigation: Own strategy and roadmap for detecting and preventing invalid traffic (IVT) to protect advertiser ROI.
- Expand the company’s supply footprint in the ad‑tech ecosystem.
- Support a team of 100+ engineers across the U.S. and Korea.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience in programmatic ad‑tech.
- Programmatic ad‑tech ecosystem expertise with a focus on the supply side.
- Deep understanding of ad exchanges, OpenRTB standards, and SSP–DSP connections.
- Prior experience owning integrations with external exchanges, SSPs, or SDK‑based inventory.
- Familiarity with Invalid Traffic detection methodologies and fraud prevention strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of publisher business models and monetization needs, including ad fraud concerns.
- Strong market analysis skills for competitive advantage, emerging technologies, and supply‑side trends.
- In‑depth knowledge of Supply‑Side Platforms (SSPs) and their competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional execution in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Expertise in Header Bidding and Server‑to‑Server (S2S) Bidding, yield optimization, and latency management.
- Familiarity with publisher‑side ad servers and impression delivery mechanics.
- Hands‑on experience with integrations and partner‑facing APIs, defining requirements for DSPs, exchanges, ad networks, DMPs, and other ad‑tech partners.
- Deep knowledge of supply‑side performance metrics and their optimization.
- Technical understanding of ad serving mechanics from request to creative rendering.

- Define partnership integration requirements and ensure partner solutions enhance product value.
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
Base Pay Range: $201,600—$252,000 USD. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
