For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Advertising And Data Monetization to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision‑making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data‑driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a operationally complex logistics environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $202,000 – $352,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a cross‑functional team of 9 FTEs in the advertising division
- Define the business strategy for the company’s advertising products
- Oversee Go‑To‑Market strategy and support media sales in securing advertisers
- Guide product and engineering teams in leveraging third‑party vendor relationships
- Manage commercial performance by optimizing yield and pricing strategies
- Act as the liaison between advertising division and the company’s leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience
- 10‑12+ years of leadership experience in ad‑tech or digital advertising sectors
- Experience building high‑performing teams and leading cross‑functional leaders
- In‑depth knowledge of mobile advertising, programmatic architecture, and data clean rooms
- Strong executive presence and a proven track record of revenue growth
