Rochester Company is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as General Labor/Machine Operators. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality inspections.

2nd Shift Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Load and unload parts from machines and production lines
Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
Assemble, sort, package, and prepare products for shipment
Record production data and complete required documentation
Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed
2nd Shift Production Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, and grasping
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machine noise
