2nd Shift Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)
Operate machinery that unwinds, cuts, rewinds, and processes large paper rolls.
Load and unload paper rolls
Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust controls as needed.
Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production schedules.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
2nd Shift Production Qualifications:
Previous machine operating experience preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicant may be subject to a background check
