About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Go-To-Market and Commercial Strategy in Real World Data. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the commercial agenda and go-to-market execution for the company's real-world data business. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end commercialization, including defining and executing commercial strategies, leading business planning, and owning the GTM readiness and launch execution for new products. The role demands a professional with a strong background in healthcare data and analytics, particularly in real-world data markets, and a proven track record in commercializing RWD solutions for life sciences customers. The AVP will also be tasked with leading the voice of the customer function, driving market research, and ensuring that the commercial strategy is well-aligned with the evolving regulatory and policy landscape.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare data and analytics, life sciences data, or enterprise SaaS, with a direct focus on commercial strategy and revenue growth. Deep domain expertise in real-world data markets, including experience with closed and open claims, EHR data, and clinical notes, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the RWD regulatory and policy landscape and a proven ability to translate market intelligence into differentiated commercial strategies. A background in inorganic growth strategy, including M&A analysis and strategic partnership development, is also required. The role demands exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels. A BA or BS degree in a technical or business discipline is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
