Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs

Manage the top‑of‑funnel recruiting process to achieve hiring deliverables. This will include alignment with recruiters on talent profile, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Qualifications

Likely source for Business Analyst talent or Product Talent to a mid-level or director level

Create top‑of‑funnel candidate pipelines

Craft complex Boolean searches and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter

Source candidates by utilizing AI tools

Prepare candidates for initial interview

Walk candidates through the role

2+ years of experience is required

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $44.23/hr

Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8AM - 5PM
