Job Responsibilities

Create Mockups and Visuals

Create Sales Decks

Assist with placement of orders

Enter orders into Quickbooks

Create shipping labels and packing slips

Answer phone calls; Help Walk-in clients

Manage multiple orders and projects at the same time

Work with production to ensure orders are on track to meet ship dates

Skills

MUST

have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience using Microsoft Office is

required. EXCEL + OUTLOOK

Experience with Quickbooks is required.

Must be able to multi task .

Plus for someone who has experience with Apparel and Promo products

Plus for someone that speaks Spanish and English
