Customer Experience Specialist

Region 4 Education Service Center in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Experience Representative to assist internal and external customers with timely, accurate information and friendly service across multiple channels.
You will manage data entry, use our CRM (PACE/eps), resolve inquiries, and coordinate with several departments to improve processes and the overall customer journey while maintaining high satisfaction.
