Product Development & Account Management Coordinator
We're seeking a highly organized, client-focused coordinator to support communication between internal teams, production partners, and clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen who enjoys relationship management, project coordination, and supply chain visibility.
You'll serve as the main point of contact for client production updates — keeping customers informed on timelines, manufacturing progress, and supply chain status. Great opportunity for recent grads looking to build a career in product development, operations, or account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication on production timelines and order status
- Track and report on supply chain and production progress
- Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, and vendors
- Help move projects efficiently from development through delivery
- Maintain accurate records of timelines and communications
- Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-up
- Flag and escalate delays or issues when needed
- Support reporting and workflow improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clients and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination is a plus
