Supporting the delivery of scientific publications remotely, the Publications Lead Contractor will manage key deliverables, lead publication execution, and collaborate cross-functionally during a 7-month contract period.
Key responsibilities
Lead development and execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations across priority programs
Manage publication lifecycle from planning through submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, and other stakeholders to align on publication planning and execution
Required qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in life sciences
5-7+ years of experience in medical publications within pharma/biotech
Strong knowledge of publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP)
