Introduction
We are looking for a creative-minded Junior Multimedia Content Creator to join our Global Brand Creative Team, focusing on video production and editing for high-quality web and organic social media content. You will report to the Global Art Director and work under senior designers to produce polished multimedia content that supports marketing, brand, and communication goals. The role will also collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Lead to support iRobot’s social channels.

This is a hybrid role with on-site production needs. The pay range is between $25-28/hr for a 6‑month contract to start.

What You Will Do
Video & Motion Content

Shoot short‑form and long‑form casual content at home or in the office for organic social media channels.

Lead the planning, shooting, and production of high‑quality video content and product footage from pre‑production (e.g., setup) to post‑production (editing, color correction, audio adjustments) for use on digital platforms such as web banners, email, and retailer pages.

Edit raw footage into final deliverables suitable for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, or other platforms.

Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, or other graphical enhancements when required.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, global regions, and developers to ensure video output aligns with brand standards, project briefs, and messaging objectives.

Collaborate with web developers, marketers, and digital‑content managers to ensure that web and email assets meet technical and brand requirements (responsive sizing, web optimization, compatibility).

Graphic & Digital Production

Produce digital still and motion assets for various mediums: social media, digital ads, presentations, and other digital collateral.

Create and design graphics in Canva or Adobe tools for organic social media channels, following brand guidelines for layout, color, typography, composition, and overall visual identity.

Capture still photography of products to support organic social media, product launches, and brand campaigns.

Work closely with the Social Media Lead and Marketing to translate campaign or content goals into strong visual communications for social media outlets.

Create final market‑ready files and editable working files for web and digital distribution, ensuring correct formats, sizes/resolutions, and export settings.

Collaboration, Project Workflow & Quality Control

Work as part of the Global Brand Creative Team, collaborating with senior designers, marketers, and stakeholders within the Global Marketing Organization.

Create content from idea to delivery, reviewing concepts, executions, and edits with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders to ensure polished and brand‑consistent deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback cycles.

Learn from past performance results to inform new ideas and future executions.

Stay updated on social media, design, video, and web trends, as well as emerging tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the team.

To Be Successful You Will Have

1‑3 years of multimedia content experience.

Strong knowledge of photography and video production, capturing content with best practices for composition, lighting, sound, or VOs.

Strong understanding of various file types, image resolutions, and basics of creating and saving multiple asset types (.psd, .mp4, .gif, .jpg, .eps, .png, .ae, etc.) for both static and video.

Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills to present work and ideas.

Ability to take an idea from concept to delivery within the creative process of brainstorming, researching, presenting, and applying feedback in review rounds with stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and time management.
