Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real‑time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.
Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.
Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.
Collaboration: Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead equipment.
