Powder Coat Painter

The position involves applying durable finishes using electrostatic spray guns and manual paint lines. Key responsibilities include:
Surface preparation: Clean, sand, mask, and prep metal surfaces.
Powder coating application: Use electrostatic spray guns for even coverage.
Curing process: Operate and monitor thermal curing ovens.
Quality control: Inspect parts, handle touch-ups, and fix flaws.
Equipment maintenance: Clean and maintain spray gear.
Workplace safety: Follow safety rules in the coating area.
Qualifications and skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Training: Technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely with minimal supervision.
