Responsibilities

The Director, Display Sales will lead and execute sales strategies for the Display organization.

Focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings.

Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

12-14 years of relevant industry experience in sales and marketing.

Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for peer, outward, and upward interactions.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the display industry or related fields.

Familiarity with B2B sales channels and market data tracking.

Understanding of PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.
