Managing contract creation and bill payment activities for select retailers, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for the AWG Customer Team, ensuring timely and accurate contract completion and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Complete and revise customer contracts for merchandising events, collaborating with Customer Sales Managers to ensure accuracy
Manage the bill payment process by reviewing invoices, generating payment instructions, and tracking payments
Communicate with third-party payment and contracting teams to address billing inquiries and facilitate resolutions
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn and navigate customer web-based portal applications
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven with an ownership mentality and strong attention to detail
