You will balance leadership and direct configuration, supporting and enhancing Workday HCM modules, while driving improvements and mentoring a high-performing team.You will partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand needs, govern Workday configurations, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
