Qualifications:
8+ experience in digital with heavy programmatic and direct media skills – equal parts technically savvy and strategic
Deep Technical expertise on all things data and digital.
Provides omni-channel perspective and know-how. While a core deep digital expertise is critical, be able to apply across channels to off/online mediums
Comes from a place of core
ative Digital and data centricity.
Strong technical knowhow/implementation as well as high level strategy and creative tactics as well as vertical/horizontal (across mediums, marketing etc.)
Passionate about changes in the marketplace and eager to share updates regularly to inform clients and be a ‘go-to’ resource on all things media

Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution
Provide additional value within self-serve DSP partners through the evaluation of campaign strategy, optimizations, reporting and measurement provided by the DSP partners; delve into campaign setup in-platform; and develop learnings and opportunities for future campaigns (post-mortems)
Support activation team with direct IO partnership evaluation, planning, and execution.
Drive media activation thought leadership within the holistic process in partnership with the SME.
Focus on programmatic innovation and be a champion for the program.
Support agency partners and activation team in building strong holistic campaigns.
Expand programmatic (PMP, PG) and direct buying opportunities as applicable by campaign.
Review of new solutions and partners as applicable.
Lead Roadmap, Learning Agenda and Engagement Model for the Programmatic and Direct channels
Supports programmatic adoption across the agency.
Updates SME on new developments across advertiser operating models.
Help to identify and lead/pilot innovative opportunities (e.g. advanced TV, cross-channel planning, etc.).
Co-Lead partner QBRs and bi-annual programmatic program reviews.
Responsible for growing the programmatic knowledge and skill set across OMD.
Works in facilitating training and knowledge share across IM & agency with SME counterpart.
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $215,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
