Client Services Director - Estate Planning

At Trinity Estate Planning, we believe estate planning is about much more than wills, trusts, and legal documents. Every family that walks through our door is trusting us with one of the most personal conversations of their lives. We approach every client relationship with care, compassion, and excellence because details matter when people matter. We are seeking a Client Services Director to become a key part of our growing firm. This is a primarily remote, hybrid position that includes regular in-office days for training, client meetings, and team collaboration, with the flexibility to evolve as our firm
0needs change.
This is much more than an administrative role. You will often be the first voice prospective clients hear and one of the most consistent people they interact with throughout their planning journey, helping create an experience where clients feel welcomed, informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.
Responsibilities

Be the first voice prospective clients hear and a primary point of contact throughout the planning journey.
Help create a welcoming, informed, caring, and confident experience for clients at every step.
Coordinate moving pieces, solve problems, and improve systems to ensure every detail is handled with care.
Support remote, hybrid work with in-office days for training, client meetings, and team collaboration, adapting as the firms needs change.
