Responsibilities
Define and execute a forward‑looking talent strategy that aligns with business objectives and long‑term growth plans
Drive leadership pipeline strength, succession readiness, and critical capability development across the organization
Own global frameworks for performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
Design and scale leadership development programs, career pathways, and capability‑building initiatives
Lead Talent Acquisition for the U.S. with accountability for quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and hiring manager experience
Define and implement a scalable recruiting operating model aligned to workforce plans
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen diverse talent pipelines
Lead global ownership of recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards
Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, and/or talent acquisition
Experience leading enterprise talent programs and strategies in a global or multi‑region environment
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic partner
Strong understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and capability development
Experience leading or optimizing recruiting strategy, operations, and technology platforms
A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
