Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable experience
10+ years of experience in HR with a focus on talent management
Proven experience in building and leading talent acquisition and development strategies
Strong understanding of succession planning and workforce planning
Experience using HR analytics for data-driven decision making
