Freelance Designer - Women's Tops (Onsite)

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Freelance Designer to focus on women's novelty tops across knit and woven categories. You will develop trend-right product and collaborate with buyers from Ross, MMX, and Burlington to meet customer needs and market opportunities.
Responsibilities include managing production follow-up, building CADs and tech packs, attending fittings, and presenting to buyers. Experience in licensing/private label and knowledge of mass-market women’s fashion are valued, and onsite
