Envision is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established team as a Nocturnist at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, providing exceptional patient care in a high-volume, physician-supported emergency department.

Must have previous Emergency Medicine experience; new graduates will not be considered.

Position Profile

58,000 annual ED visits

40 private Emergency Department treatment rooms

61 hours of daily physician coverage

Dedicated nocturnist coverage (5:00 PM‑5:00 AM)

Dedicated pediatric emergency unit

Emergency PCI (STEMI) capabilities

Primary Stroke Center

Accredited Chest Pain Center

Strong specialty backup support
