Responsible for designing seasonal menswear & SMU products within (but not limited to) the following categories: polos, wovens, bottoms, jackets, sweaters, t‑shirts, hats/accessories.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design seasonal menswear collections & SMU product

Ownership of creating and maintaining tech packs, mill sheets, artwork pages, trim pages, merch boards, and more for assigned designs & categories.

Collaborating with & assisting designers: creating/updating tech packs, mill sheets, artwork pages, trim pages, merch boards, and more for categories outside accessories.

Research, interpret, and apply market trends (competitors and non‑competitors) appropriate to the brand

To be flexible and adaptable in designing the best product for the brand & customer.

Problem solving any issues on designs/categories

Basic understanding of Office and Adobe Illustrator CAD‑work a must.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Adobe Suite & Microsoft Applications (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong creativity in color, print, and pattern

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to generate creative solutions to business challenges

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color, and production techniques

Preferred- Hand sketching or illustration skills is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience in apparel design
